Karabo has extensive consulting experience and expertise in business advisory and business risk services implementation for international blue-chip companies like Barclays PLC and American Insurance Group (AIG). Her portfolio boasts a diverse clientele from private to public sector entities and international forums.

NICO PRINSLOO

Nico Prinsloo is currently Group CEO for the Rema Africa Group, under which SARMCOL sits as a subsidiary. He joined the group in September 2015.

He was appointed Group Managing Director for the Rema Group in 2021 and later the same year took on his current position as Group CEO.

SARAH THABETHE

SARMCOL Sarah’s professional life and entrepreneurial experience spans across diverse industries – from Content Aggregation and Production in the media and broadcast space to Industrial Rubber and Diversified Investments.

She is founder and chairperson of Gabaza Production. The founder and a director of Shamar Rubber in the industrial Rubber industry and also founder and chairperson of GrowthFin an investment company specialising in diversified investments.
